Pavlovcik Inbox

Privacy Policy

Overview

Pavlovcik Inbox (also called QuickMail) is a private web mailbox operated by Alexander Pavlovcik. This policy explains what information the service handles and why. If you have questions, email pavlovcik@gmail.com.

Information we handle

  • Account information: your name, sign-in email address, and password verification data.
  • Mailbox data: messages, headers, recipients, drafts, delivery status, and attachments that you send, receive, or store in QuickMail.
  • Gmail data: if you connect Gmail, QuickMail uses the read-only Gmail API permission you approve to import messages and attachments. The service stores an encrypted refresh token so it can keep that connection working.
  • Settings: connected domains, sending addresses, mailbox preferences, and any optional thread instructions or private notes you save.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, display and organize your mailbox, deliver messages, import Gmail conversations when requested, keep the service secure, and provide features you enable. If you enable thread automation, the selected conversation and your instructions are sent to the configured AI service to generate a draft or reply. Gmail access remains read-only; QuickMail does not create Gmail drafts or send Gmail messages through that connection.

Service providers

QuickMail runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Depending on the configured mail provider, message content is processed by Resend or Cloudflare Email Service to receive and deliver mail. Gmail data is processed through Google APIs when you connect Gmail. These providers process data to provide the requested service and under their own terms and policies.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as verification hashes, session tokens are random and revocable, and Gmail refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. We retain account and mailbox information while it is needed to provide the service, protect it, and meet legal obligations. You can delete mailbox items in the app or request account-data deletion by contacting us.

Your choices

You can disconnect Gmail from Settings, stop using optional automation, delete stored mailbox items, and ask us to correct or delete account information. You can also revoke QuickMail's Gmail access from your Google Account permissions.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions or requests, contact pavlovcik@gmail.com.
