Terms of Service
Using QuickMail
These terms govern your use of Pavlovcik Inbox (also called QuickMail), a private mailbox service operated by Alexander Pavlovcik. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use QuickMail.
Your account
- Provide accurate account information and keep your password and session access confidential.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for telling us promptly about unauthorized access.
- You must be old enough and legally able to use the service in your location.
Mail and connected services
You are responsible for the messages, recipients, attachments, domains, and addresses you configure or send. Do not use QuickMail for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited activity. If you connect Gmail, you grant QuickMail read-only access to import the conversations you request; QuickMail does not write Gmail drafts or send mail through that connection. Gmail, Cloudflare, Resend, and any optional AI service remain subject to their own terms.
Your content
You retain your rights in the content you submit or store. You give QuickMail the limited permission needed to host, display, process, transmit, and back up that content to operate the features you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you send or upload.
Availability and changes
We work to keep QuickMail available, but the service can change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party providers. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or providers, or when these terms are violated. We may update these terms as the service changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
